How to install Samsung I9100XXKPA Android 4.0 ICS on a Samsung Galaxy S 2

After my last week's post about the leaked version of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (I9100XXKP8), Sammobile is making us happy again with a newer version, I9100XXKPA, and this is how you can install it. Before the instructions, I want to remark that this version is still an Alpha Release and it's not recommended for daily use. According to Samsung, the final release will be released in Q1 2012 (in 1 or 2 months). So no more talk, let's start!

Update: This post is outdated, find an official Android Ice Cream Sandwich FW here.

Changes
  • Interface: Nothing in case of XXKP8.
  • Battery: Battery feels better.
  • Faster: Phones looks faster.
  • Touch: Touch response is better.
  • Overall: Firmware more stable but still with some bugs.
